Paintball Field Equipment Guide

The paintball field equipment is used for a game of paintball that involves a mock combat between competing teams who shoot capsules of paint at each other to eliminate the opponent team members. The game requires a number of specialized equipments that are collectively referred to as Paintball Field Equipment. The field equipment is used in addition to the primary equipment comprising of a compressed gas fired paintball gun that fires spherical projectiles in the form of capsules of non-toxic water-soluble dyes to shoot the opponent team members in a mock combat.

The combat players use specialized clothing together with plastic and rubber bunkers to get on field cover and dodge the shots fired by the opponent team. The bunkers come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes that adds the fun element to the game. They add to the excitement by creating mock battle landscape and allow both the teams to take their positions behind them. The paintball field equipment kit also contains multiple barrels to choose from, based on the specific requirements of the enthusiasts. The players can choose the type of barrel depending upon the gun used by them to fire the color filled projectiles at the opponents.

The paintball field netting allows the players to set up a perimeter to restrict the movement of projectiles within the confined area. It helps set up a temporary paintball field in an open area. Other supporting equipment includes safety net clips and harnesses to set up a temporary field perimeter. The paintball barrel covers/blockers/socks are used to cover the barrels and prevent any accidental firing of a paintball.

These are relatively inexpensive and add to the surrounding hues during a paintball match. Other paintball field equipment include personal armbands and caps for the players to get into the skin of the combat action. The paintball chronographs included in a field equipment kit ensure that everybody stays safe during a game of paintball. It helps measure the firing speed and keep it under check to ensure that no one if hurt with a high speed projectile.
